New or returning applicants must be members in good standing of the National Guild of Hypnotists. Members must abide by the "National Guild of Hypnotists Code of Ethics" as well as the "Standards of Practice" as well as all other subsequent guidelines as made know or published in any format by the NGH. Members must have attended at least 5 of the last 12 month January 1 to December 31 period of the LI-NGH meetings. If attendance qualification is not attained, a member can apply for listing by submitting their NGH member number along with the $25 annual fee by check made out to LI-NGH and mailed to: Carol Denicker, 7 Rochelle Lane, Northport, NY 11768 or by paying $25 at a scheduled meeting.
Members may have their $25 listing fee waived for one year if they conduct an approved presentation at a meeting. It must be suitable for the attainment of NGH CEUs. Failure to attend five meetings annually, failure to adhere to NGH Ethics and Standards as well as failure to remit the annual fee it will result in removal from the list.
Your $25 membership begins January 1 and ends on December 31. No refund will be issued under any circumstance.
